Because our products are digital downloads, all purchases are generally considered final and cannot be returned once access has been provided.

However, if you experience a problem with your order, such as:

• issues downloading your files

• corrupted or incomplete files

• duplicate purchases

• receiving the wrong product

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
