Exhale creates and sells digital audio products, including immersive outdoor Moments, field recordings and related digital downloads.

Our products are delivered digitally. No physical products are shipped.

We do our best to describe every product as accurately as possible, including its contents, format and intended use. Product descriptions, pricing and availability may change at any time without notice.

2. Digital downloads

After completing your purchase, you will receive access to your digital files through the download method provided at checkout or by email.

You are responsible for providing a correct email address and for downloading and storing your files safely after purchase.

3. Orders and payments

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate billing, payment and contact information.

All prices are shown on our website and may include or exclude applicable taxes depending on your location and the checkout settings.

4. Refunds

Because our products are digital downloads, purchases are generally final once access to the files has been provided.

However, if you experience a problem with your order, such as a corrupted file, duplicate purchase, wrong product or download issue, please contact us at hi@exhale.audio.

5. License and permitted use

When you purchase an Exhale product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the files for personal listening and private use.

Unless clearly stated otherwise in the product description or a separate license agreement, you may not:

resell, redistribute or share the files
upload the files to file-sharing platforms
claim the recordings as your own
include the files in commercial products, apps, games, videos, podcasts, music releases or other public/commercial work
use the files for AI training datasets, sound libraries or competing audio products

Commercial or creator licenses may be offered separately in the future.

All rights not expressly granted remain with Exhale.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website and in our products, including audio recordings, text, visuals, branding, product names and design, is owned by Exhale or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish or exploit any part of our website, brand or products without prior written permission.
